GETTING HERE

Leave M5 at junction 28, head for Town Centre, go straight over the 2  small roundabouts, and at the T junction (traffic lights) turn left, go through the town, then take the Broadclyst exit at the roundabout on the other side of town.

 

After approx 2 miles, turn left at the Merry Harriers pub.

 

After 1 mile, turn left for Plymtree (there is a row of redbrick cottages on your left at this point).

 

After half a mile, immediately after a sharp left hand bend, take the gravel lane immediately on your left.  No name or house is visible, but there is an open five-bar gate.

Go up the lane.    

 

Guests for Rose: take the first exit on the left which takes you to the house.

 

Guests for Honeysuckle:   go to the top of the lane and your parking area is straight ahead of you alongside the cottage.

Turn for Cullompton at the lights in the middle of town.  Follow signs for Plymtree.  When you get to Plymtree, take  the turning  in the village for Clyst Hydon.  Take second lane (which is gravel) on right.  No name or house is visible, but you will see an open five-bar gate.
