• This 19th century converted barn features exposed beamed ceilings and many original features.  The lovingly created interior features a double bedroom with bath, shower room with wc,  large kitchen/dining room/lounge (with 49" smart TV with an Amazon Echo (Alexa), and a sun room/porch with adjoining verandah.  New for 2022 is a large heated conservatory together with an enclosed verandah.

• The sleeping arrangements are a master bedroom and a double daybed in the lounge area.

• The oak kitchen has a full cooker, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, together with the usual kitchen ancilliaries and Portmeiron china,

• Should you wish, you may eat al fresco in the private courtyard or on the rear covered balcony  The deck is roofed for use all year round and overlooks the glorious Devon countryside and fishing pond. Of a summer’s evening, is there anything better with convivial company, than watching the sun go down while enjoying good food and a glass or two.
